Every day we will use special computer algorithms to set your nightly booking price according to the number of travelers coming to Batumi during the next 12 months. We will ensure you always earn the most money possible.

Channel Signals

As a certified channel partner, we have access to special tools that send special signals to booking channels like Airbnb to promote and fill your property if it is empty. We will use these special tools to make sure channels feature and promote your property and keep it booked.

Our cleaning team has years of experience at 5-star name brand hotels. We provide cleaning and laundry services daily for every property we manage. This ensures your property is always spotless, guests leave top reviews, and we monitor theft, breakage, and usage in real-time.

Repair & Maintenance

Our 24-hour maintenance team ensures your property is always in tip-top shape. Our team inspects hundreds of potential breakage points every week and we replace and maintain everything before anything can become a negative guest experience.

Utilities & Costs

We pay the costs of cleaning and laundry and we also pay your electricity, gas, water, internet, and lift or communal fees. All of this is included in our service.

How Much Do You Earn?

Every day you get 70% of the amount paid by your guests. Your income is deposited directly to your bank account by the booking channels within 48 hours of every check-in. We never touch your money.
